      As a parent and/or guardian, I am aware that activities at school or sponsored by the school in another location, may involve some risks. I have considered these risks and assume responsibility for my child to participate. Furthermore, I agree not to bring legal action against Grace Christian School, staff, volunteers, or sponsors as a result of injuries suffered in the course of my child's participation. I realize this disclaimer does not release the school from responsible management and supervision of all activities. I further understand that enrollment in the school includes my consent for:

      - my child to go on field trips and other school-sponsored activities.
      - the staff and administration to use their good discretion in the discipline of my child, in accord with school policy (see student handbook).
